| Included items | 2 uniforms, flag halo helmet, flags, insurance, and league fees |

| Late registration (after May 1st) | $200 |
| Included items | 2 uniforms, insurance, and league fees. Equipment is limited. Each athlete in tackle will need to purchase a girdle. |
